Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability and willingness to work collaboratively; maintaining cooperative and effective working relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Competency in using technology
• Ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis.
• An agreement with the mission statement and goals of Christel House Schools.
• Associate's degree with some training/exposure to education and teaching (Preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Identify students below standards in specific skills and knowledge.
• Assist students with assignments reinforcing learning concepts.
• Monitor students for a safe and positive learning environment.
• Maintain record of interventions and progress monitoring.
• Provide re-teaching and tutoring sessions around core instruction.
• Implement instructional programs and lesson plans under supervision.
• Attend meetings and in-service presentations.
• Other duties assigned.
