Job summary

Makpar, a federal IT solutions provider, seeks a bilingual Spanish-speaking Junior Help Desk Support Agent to join our Tier 1 team. You will be first point of contact for end users requiring technical assistance, account support, and access management.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, account administration in AIMS and PAS, password resets, MFA requests, and delivering English/Spanish support across channels while adhering to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish communication skills required.
• Experience in Help Desk or Service Desk roles.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and basic security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 front-line support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Perform account verification, password resets, unlocks, and credential delivery per security procedures.
• Process MFA and token requests; assist with activation and issue resolution.
• Triage, prioritize, and route incidents and service requests to appropriate teams.
• Administer user accounts in AIMS, PAS, and related systems.
