Advanced Health CCO in Coos Bay, Oregon, is hiring a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative who delivers member-centered, culturally responsive support in a fast-paced environment. You will answer questions, help members access benefits, and coordinate care with providers and teams onsite at the Coos Bay office.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, at least a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), and 2+ years in medical office or healthcare admin

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree in business administration preferred
• Minimum two years’ experience in a medical office, clinic or healthcare administration setting and two years’ experience in customer service-related position
• THW Certification preferred, or willing to obtain - Must reside in Oregon
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• Talk with members and providers by phone or in person, handling inquiries in a prompt, courteous manner
• Greet people entering the building in a professional manner, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or call appropriate staff members

Responsibilities

• Provide member-centered, culturally and linguistically responsive customer service
• Assist with accessing covered OHP benefits including medical, behavioral health, dental, and transportation
• Support members and providers, respond to requests for coordinated care information
• Act as a liaison with providers and partners to connect members to services
• Handle inquiries, document actions, and resolve issues in a timely manner
