Utz Quality Foods, LLC is seeking a Health & Benefits Coordinator to support our employee health and welfare programs. You will administer health plans, assist with enrollment activities, and respond to benefit questions while ensuring compliant and accurate processing.

In this role, you will collaborate with associates, insurers, and HR teams to maintain records, coordinate communications, and support open enrollment. A strong service mindset and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related function.
• Experience supporting health and benefit programs is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for associates with questions about benefits and wellness programs, providing clear guidance.
• Administer benefit transactions including enrollments, life events, and terminations.
• Review documents for completeness, resolve routine issues, and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, payroll, and HR to support plan administration and inquiries.
• Support COBRA administration and prepare required notices and forms.
