Job summary

Utz is seeking a Health & Benefits Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our employee health and welfare programs. In this position you'll help ensure associates receive an exceptional benefits experience by administering health and wellness programs, supporting enrollments, and answering questions.

This role works closely with associates, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, Payroll, and Human Resources to ensure accurate plan administration and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Experience supporting health and welfare programs preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Answer benefits questions and guide associates.
• Process enrollments, life events, and terminations.
• Verify benefit documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with carriers, Payroll, and HR.
• Assist COBRA and government notices.
• Support wellness initiatives and enrollments.
• Maintain confidential benefit records and logs.
• Support fitness center program activities.
