Job summary

Techoundsllc is seeking a Production Manager to oversee our aerospace-related manufacturing operations. The role focuses on leading a hands-on team, maintaining safety, and driving efficiency across assembly lines and mechanical systems.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to keep schedules on track and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) and ready to start immediately in a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing manufacturing operations and assembly lines.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and production machinery.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Ability to perform hands-on work and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities to optimize workflow.
• Supervise and train production staff.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety compliance and a safe working environment.
• Inspect equipment and machinery regularly.
• Collaborate with sales, quality control and logistics to streamline operations.
• Analyze production data and implement improvements.
• Prioritize WIP across Laser Cutting, Waterjet, CNC machining, Deburr, Assembly and Sheetmetal Fabrication.
