Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone to connect them with the right dealership team.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service experiences.
• Assist customers and vendors with information and directions on site.
• Route customers to appropriate team members to ensure timely assistance.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and enter basic customer information as needed.
