Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Houston seeks a Grocery Clerk (ages 16-17) to support daily store operations with friendly, local service. Under direct supervision, you will assist customers, stock displays, and maintain clean aisles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Interact with the public and coworkers.
• Able to lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service to customers and maintain a helpful attitude.
• Help customers, clean display cases and shelves, and restock as needed.
• Clean, fill, and rotate self-serve displays throughout shifts.
• Work a variety of hours including nights and weekends, with physical tasks like lifting, bending and stooping.
