Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. seeks a GMP Cleaner in Andover, MA to perform routine and deep cleaning in cleanrooms, laboratories, and production areas. You will follow GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols, use approved cleaners, and maintain logs with accuracy.

Requirements include a high school diploma and experience in GMP or cleanroom settings. This full-time role runs 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a pay rate of $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior GMP/pharma/cleanroom experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP standards and cleaning validation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of GMP-controlled areas such as cleanrooms, laboratories, and production spaces.
• Follow all GMP, SOP, and safety protocols during all cleaning activities.
• Use approved cleaning agents and disinfectants according to established guidelines.
• Maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation.
• Handle and dispose of waste in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Adhere to gowning procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Identify and report any contamination risks, deviations, or safety concerns immediately.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to ensure compliance.
