Job summary

You will analyze balances, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare reports while collaborating with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory control to uphold GAAP and internal controls. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum of 3 years in general ledger accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and month/year-end close processes, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and analyze balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain ledger integrity and conduct variance analysis.
• Balance intercompany transactions with affiliated entities.
• Support annual budget and quarterly forecasts, assist audits.
