Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT to provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings, emphasizing compassionate, patient-centered care.

This on-site role offers a daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, a salary range of $70,000–$80,000, and up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential. Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice coverage are provided, plus PTO and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of application.
• Eligible for Level II background screening.
• Strong communication and independent work ethic.
