Affordable Home Furnishings in Port Arthur, TX is seeking a friendly Bilingual Sales Associate fluent in English and Spanish to greet customers, understand needs, and guide them to furniture, mattresses, appliances, and electronics that fit their home and budget.

You will help with social media promotions, participate in local marketing, process applications and payments, maintain an attractive showroom, and meet monthly sales goals while delivering honest, helpful service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and basic office software.

At Affordable Home Furnishings, we believe buying furniture and appliances should feel personal-not like a high-pressure sales experience. We're looking for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Many of our customers are Spanish-speaking families who appreciate being able to shop in their native language. If you enjoy building relationships, making people feel comfortable, and helping customers find what fits their home and budget, we'd love to meet you.

Pay: $30,000–$35,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide outstanding service in both English and Spanish.
• Help families find furniture, mattresses, appliances, and electronics that fit their needs.

Schedule: 40-45 hours per week

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Employees generally receive one weekday off in addition to Sundays. Hours may vary based on business needs.
