Job summary

MaxHealth is seeking a friendly Front Office Representative in Cape Coral, FL to support patient check-in/check-out, collect co-pays, schedule appointments, answer phones, and deliver outstanding service.

You will greet patients warmly, assist with forms, maintain confidentiality, and help ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience in a fast-paced environment. Normal hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with competitive hourly pay starting at $17.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems required. EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and check in.
• Schedule appointments and assist with paperwork.
• Collect payments and explain co-pays.
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in daily tasks.
