Surgery Partners, Inc. is hiring a bilingual Lead Office Coordinator (English and Spanish) for our brand-new Ambulatory Surgery Center in Plantation, FL. This full-time role oversees the front desk, coordinates scheduling, and ensures smooth patient flow in a no weekends/no nights environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, healthcare experience, insurance familiarity, and strong communication in both English and Spanish. Join our ASC team and help deliver efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with insurance processes and medical scheduling.
• Surgical Scheduling or Ambulatory Surgery Center office experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and work with the front office staff to ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinate scheduling efforts, medical clearances and transportation when needed.
• Complete all paperwork for each procedure on the physician's schedule.
• Precertify procedures requiring pre-certification.
• Manage front desk operations and assist office team as needed.
• Maintain medical records in EMR software (HST) and related documentation.
