Starling Oncology is seeking a Front Office Associate to support patient flow across clinic locations in California. You will greet patients, collect co-pays, gather health history, and coordinate scheduling to ensure smooth operations.

You will work in a patient-centered, confidentiality-focused environment, assisting the care team and driving exceptional service. Mileage is reimbursed for travel between clinics as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check-in patients, collect co-pays and payments.
• Interview patients for health history and current medications.
• Schedule appointments and manage phone calls.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and security of information.
• Other duties as assigned to support front office and clinical teams.
