Welcome and support patients
Create a warm, respectful experience from check-in through check-out. Assist patients with intake paperwork, appointments, and other front office needs while helping them feel comfortable and supported.
Make care more accessible
Use your English and Spanish language skills to communicate clearly with patients and provide verbal and written translation for forms, appointment confirmations, and patient questions.
Keep the clinic running smoothly
Maintain accurate electronic health records, manage scheduling software, complete administrative logs, and handle daily clerical tasks such as scanning, faxing, and mailings.
Support patients with care and understanding
Help patients navigate logistical, financial, or situational challenges related to their appointments. Approach each interaction with patience, empathy, and respect.
Protect patient privacy
Handle sensitive patient information with discretion and maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and clinic confidentiality requirements.
