We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first contact for patients and visitors, delivering excellent service and supporting clinic flow.

The role includes greeting, registration, payments, and referrals, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical or dental front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
• Register patients and accurately enter demographic information.
• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resources.
• Support back-office staff to help address clinical quality measure gaps.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and patient waiting areas.
