Health Operation Solutions in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Front Desk Medical Assistant (Bilingual - Spanish) to join our ENT clinic. This role blends front desk duties with clinical support, including patient check-in, appointment coordination, and assisting physicians with procedures.

The position requires Spanish fluency, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. Travel to East Valley for coverage may be needed; EMR proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; MA program certification preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• 1+ year clinical experience, preferably ENT or similar.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using EMR software.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, including preparation and documentation.
• Take patient vitals, administer injections, perform simple lab tests, and maintain medical records.
• Manage patient flow and ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean, organized examination room.
• Comply with policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide compassionate patient care and answer questions about treatment.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
