Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Bilingual Dispatch Associate to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors in Houston. The role handles inquiries in English and Spanish, greets guests, routes calls, schedules visits, and processes payments on a contract-to-hire basis.

This onsite position requires strong data-entry skills and a friendly, team-oriented approach. Shifts run Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and route incoming calls; respond to inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs.
• Process payments and handle basic cash transactions when required.
• Verify and process customer documentation related to vehicle auctions.
