Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Bilingual Forklift Operator for a flooring company based in Kennesaw, GA. The role offers stability, training on specialized equipment, and benefits after permanent hire.

You will operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and transport carpet and flooring materials, pull rolls from shelves, and prepare orders for shipment. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English; ability to lift up to 75 pounds; a drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow workplace procedures.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may be hot or cold depending on the season.
• 10 panel drug screen and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and transport carpet and flooring materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pull large rolls of carpet and flooring products from warehouse shelving and stage materials for outgoing deliveries.
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments while preparing orders for shipment.
• Operate a carpet-cutting machine after receiving company-provided training.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
