CL Employment Group is seeking a Food Manufacturing Forklift Operator (Dairy Distribution) for a 2nd shift in San Bernardino, CA. This full-time, temp-to-hire role focuses on safe movement, loading, and staging of dairy products in a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has 1–2 years forklift experience in food manufacturing or distribution, and can work 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with potential weekend overtime.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required.
• 1–2 years forklift experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with dairy products or food materials preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Willingness to work 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with possible weekends.
• Active certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move pallets.
• Handle dairy products and raw materials in cold storage zones.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound trailers with inventory verification.
• Work in temperature-controlled environments.
• Follow GMP, FDA, and SQF standards to maintain cleanliness.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and production teams.
