Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a food manufacturing environment with supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of HACCP, quality systems, and food safety programs.

• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cold refrigerated environment.
• Flexible availability for various shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitors production to ensure conformance with food safety and quality.
• Works with QA to address issues in a timely manner.
• Supervises daily production activities and oversees cost control.
• Reviews and updates work aids to verify product quality.
• Manages overall daily production process and staffing.
• Trains and coaches staff to meet productivity targets.
• Identifies and implements process improvements.
• Previews reports and resolves manufacturing/maintenance problems.
• Collaborates with supervisors on problem-solving, scheduling, and equipment.
• Promotes continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Assists in special projects and summarizes performance.
