Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Engineer for a well-established food manufacturing operation in Georgia. Lead day-to-day maintenance in a high-volume production environment, troubleshoot complex equipment, and coach technicians to maximize uptime and reliability.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and collaboration with production leadership to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or highly preferred.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience in food manufacturing.
• 2-4 years maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance team response to production and facility needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Coach and guide maintenance technicians hands-on.
• Support PLC troubleshooting and production systems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and execution.
• Maintain CMMS records for work orders, PMs, and parts.
• Collaborate with production leadership to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food safety standards.
