Job summary

Orange County United Way is seeking a bilingual Financial Case Manager, SparkPoint OC, to provide personalized financial coaching and case management to residents of South Orange County. You will support goal setting, resource navigation, and ongoing progress in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities include outreach, enrollment target achievement, and guiding participants to successful program completion. Grant-funded through 12/31/2027.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 2 years in financial coaching, case management, or social services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for program participants and partner agencies.
• Conduct orientations and outreach events to recruit and enroll participants, meeting program goals.
• Manage referral and intake processes with timely follow-up and documentation.
• Track services and outcomes for funder reporting.
