My Secure Advantage is seeking a Customer Support Specialist – Bilingual English/Spanish for its Financial Coaching department. This 100% remote role pays $18 per hour and involves handling member inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.

The Financial Success Coordinator will guide members to the right services, schedule coaching sessions, and maintain accurate records while protecting privacy and data integrity. A strong customer-service background and bilingual fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday interacting with members by telephone.
• Strong customer-service orientation with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications while communicating with members.
• Experience with CRM, scheduling, or contact center software.
• Experience in financial services or service-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for members through inbound and outbound calls, email, and other channels.
• Help members understand available services, identify needs, and connect them with the appropriate coach or resource.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments in accordance with established processes.
• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests throughout the workday.
• Coordinate with financial coaches and internal teams to ensure effective handoffs and continuity of service.
