Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of general work experience, customer service, call center, sales or branch experience.
• Minimum six months cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, plus attention to detail.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with new and existing members to understand financial needs.
• Process routine financial transactions accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Provide tailored financial solutions to meet spending, saving, borrowing and investing goals.
• Educate members to use online banking, mobile app, and ATM.
• Proactively contact members to schedule appointments on personal financial goals.
• Perform other duties as needed by supervisor.
