Qualifications

• 7–10 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and expense management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of month-end closing, general ledger accounting, and financial variance analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual departmental budget plans, analyze budget-versus-actual performance, and prepare expense forecasts for up to six months by general ledger (GL) and expense category.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, expense analyses, variance reports, and management summaries for department leadership and headquarters.
• Conduct detailed month-end expense analysis by GL, identify financial discrepancies, reconcile variances, and coordinate reclassifications as needed.
• Submit and track vendor invoices through SAP/ERP systems, support invoice clearing, and assist with vendor registration and purchasing activities.
• Develop annual investment plans, monitor capital expenditures, analyze depreciation expenses, and coordinate with finance management teams.
• Monitor labor, outsourcing, travel, entertainment, and other departmental expenses to support informed financial decision‑making.
• Track departmental headcount and resource allocation on a weekly and monthly basis for financial reporting.
• Maintain effective working relationships with finance and accounting teams and coordinate with departments such as HR, IT, Security, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and General Affairs.
• Assist with R&D tax credit preparation, vendor approval processes, invoice reconciliation, and other financial or administrative requests.
• Prepare reports for department leaders and headquarters, document management reviews, communicate task progress, and follow up on outstanding assignments.
