Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Field Training Specialist to join our corporate training team. This role will leverage English and Spanish to develop, translate, and deliver engaging training content across projects with strong collaboration across teams.

You will design programs, assess needs, and implement video-based and on-the-job training, while traveling up to 25% to support field teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• 5+ years of related training experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Learning, or Education is a plus.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel and work construction hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate training needs and develop a strategic training plan.
• Design, develop and deliver training using various learning methodologies.
• Support video-based learning and on-the-job training initiatives.
• Evaluate existing training programs for effectiveness.
• Keep current on industry trends and best practices.
