Heritage Home Healthcare in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Field Supervisor to coordinate client visits, support caregivers, and help manage daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, compassionate, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with clients, families, and staff.

This role involves scheduling, payroll processing, maintaining records, and ensuring services stay within authorized limits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish – verbal and written.
• Experience in healthcare, home healthcare, scheduling, customer service, or administrative coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must live in Albuquerque, NM or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Communicate with clients, caregivers, and families in both English and Spanish as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate client visits while ensuring appropriate caregiver matching and availability.
• Assist caregivers with schedules, changes, updates, and other support needs.
• Monitor daily schedules and respond quickly to scheduling changes or staffing needs.
• Process daily payroll accurately and on time.
• Track client authorizations and monitor services to ensure they remain within approved limits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and caregiver records.
• Enter and update information in scheduling and office systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Help address client and caregiver questions or concerns and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client and employee information.
