Familiar Roads Home Health Care Agency is hiring a Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor (English/Spanish) for a field-based role. You will supervise caregivers and ensure compliance with care plans while traveling across Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton, and Schuylkill Counties.

The role requires CNA, HHA, or DCW certification and supervisory experience. Benefits include bi-weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or Direct Care Worker (DCW) certification required.
• Must be bilingual – English and Spanish.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DCWs, HHAs, and CNAs providing in-home care across the region.
• Conduct regular field visits to observe, coach, and support caregivers.
• Onboard and train new field staff to ensure compliance.
