Job summary

JAC Recruitment in United States (Chamblee, GA) seeks a Sales Representative to develop and manage customer relationships, drive growth, and meet quotas across restaurant, wholesale, and distribution channels. The role requires frequent client visits, field sales, and cross-functional coordination to ensure excellent service and efficiency.

Responsibilities include meeting targets, building client networks, and identifying new opportunities while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Business-level English and (Chinese or Japanese) language proficiency required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the Japanese food industry.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to drive and travel for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets established by management.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct customer visits to provide product information, sales support, and service.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct market research and implement regional sales strategies.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely payment collection and resolve outstanding balances.
• Travel as needed to meet with clients and support business development efforts.
• Educate customers on product offerings and benefits.
• Attend weekly sales meetings, inventory counts, and company events as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.
