Job summary

LandPaths is seeking a Bilingual Education Field Specialist to support its youth programs, including IOOBY and Inspired Forward. The role emphasizes equity in access to nature, classroom and field presence, and collaboration with teachers, parents, volunteers, and staff.

Candidates should be comfortable in outdoor settings, lead hands-on activities, and manage day-to-day logistics and safety for field days and camps. A valid driver’s license and bilingual ability are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) and cross-cultural experience
• Experience working with youth and leading groups
• Comfort and confidence in outdoor environments
• Experience implementing curriculum and engaging youth in activities
• Educational background in STEM/STEAM is desirable
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Lead youth in hands-on activities in a fun, engaging manner
• Be trained on program goals, curriculum, and field-based education
• Engage relationships with students, parents, teachers, and volunteers
• Maintain field day logistics, safety, and gear inventory
• Coordinate volunteers and manage pre/post program tasks
• Assist in camp scholarship program communications and coordination
