The Retreat Inc. in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Bilingual Prevention Educator - Fatherhood to support men enrolled in the Long Island Fatherhood Initiative (LIFI).

The role emphasizes teaching curriculum-based workshops on responsible parenting, healthy relationships, domestic violence prevention, and economic stability. You will deliver the 24/7 Dad curriculum in person and online, assist with enrollment and intake, maintain participant records, and work with a team to engage community partners

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with experience in social services, group presentations or teaching.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver/facilitate the 24/7 Dad curriculum group workshops in-person and virtually.
• Provide information on domestic violence and child abuse prevention.
• Support program enrollment and intake processes.
• Maintain records of client activities in required data systems.
• Disburse incentives earned by workshop milestones.
• Collaborate with partners and participate in professional development.
