EvidenceBasedAssociates is seeking motivated Mental Health Professionals to join our Functional Family Therapy team. You will deliver family-focused therapy in home, school, and community settings, engaging families and collaborating with schools and providers to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Master’s in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related human service field preferred; licensure may be required for supervisory roles.
• Licenses & certifications include LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT (License eligible) or Full Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
• Experience working with youth and families; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams, schools, and community partners.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Travel within the full service territory to meet families and provide services.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training when applicable.
