Qualifications

• Knowledge of infant and child development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide client-centered, culturally competent services.
• Initiate and maintain regular and long-term contact with families.
• Conduct regularly scheduled home visits with a family-centered and strength-based approach.
• Assist families in strengthening parent-child relationships and establishing goals.
• Help families increase problem-solving abilities and advocate for themselves and their children.
