Qualifications

• Experience in working with or providing services to children and families.
• Experience and willingness to work with culturally diverse populations.
• Knowledge of infant and child development.
• Regular local travel.

Responsibilities

• Managing and providing client-centered, culturally competent services.
• Initiate and maintain regular and long-term contact with families.
• Conduct regularly scheduled home visits with a family-centered and strength-based approach.
• Assist families in strengthening parent-child relationships and establishing goals.
• Help families increase problem-solving and advocate for themselves.
