FMRC Health Group is seeking a Coordinated Family Support Specialist in Alhambra, CA. This in-person, part-time role focuses on coordinating services to help adults with developmental disabilities live with family and in the community.

You will plan schedules, access resources, and maintain detailed notes while supporting family stability. Requirements include an associates or bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent case management experience, fluent Spanish, a valid driver's

Competenze

• Associates or Bachelors degree in human services or related field plus 1 year experience working with adults with disabilities or 3+ years of case management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and maintain composure in challenging situations.
• Understanding of mental health and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Background check completion is mandatory.
• Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
• Driver’s license required and ability to commute to appointments.
