Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Fluent in Spanish. English required.
• Must be certified in required curriculums or attain certification within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Supervisor in scheduling and enrollment of family education classes.
• Screen referrals for program eligibility.
• Provide referrals and resource information to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation for program accountability.
• Ensure timely data for program accountability across all programs.
• Participate in local/state training and committee work.
• Contribute to team and supervision meetings.
• Provide community education presentations on FRC services and parenting skills.
• Address informational requests about current services.
• Comply with COA standards and licensing requirements.
• Engage in community outreach to educate about the agency.
