Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and at least one language among Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, or Chinese.
• Knowledge of local resources and equitable family engagement.
• Experience with Google Suite and PowerSchool preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer enrollment screening and explain district processes.
• Serve as welcoming point of contact for multilingual families.
• Support family-school partnerships and outreach materials.
• Assist in recruiting caregivers for ELPAC.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
