Job summary

Poudre School District seeks a Family Liaison for Lincoln Middle School to promote academic achievement among diverse students and families. Role requires Spanish/English bilingual skills and collaboration with school administration to implement parent and student engagement programs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience with students and families in educational settings preferred.
• Criminal background check required for hire.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families and assist with registration, lunch eligibility, transportation, and volunteering.
• Support students and families with academics and connect to teachers, counselors, and staff.
• Provide interpretation and translation services for families and staff.
• Prepare Family Engagement Year Plan with FSCP team and coordinate events/workshops.
• Attend meetings and professional development sessions.
• Complete monthly data sheets for the Language, Culture & Equity department.
• Other duties as assigned.
