Qualifications

• Education/Experience requirements can include unpaid experience in social services.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Clearance on TB test, fingerprinting, and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and case management services for enrolled youth.
• Support youth and families in connecting to community services.
• Participate in treatment reviews and meetings.
• Complete necessary paperwork and service tracking.
• Provide emergency on-call response as needed.
