The role emphasizes crisis stabilization, safety planning, and collaboration with DCYF and community partners. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience with children and families, with compensation adjustments for bilingual or multilingual skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience working with children and families with complex needs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; ASL skills compensated.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and family engagement including initial contact within 1 business day and urgent referrals within 4 hours.
• Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments with supervision.
• Facilitate wraparound processes with care plans and team meetings.
• Coordinate connections to community resources and supports.
• Document and maintain required program records and HIPAA releases.
