Qualifications

• AA degree or High School diploma.
• 1-2 years of Faith Formation experience
• Fully bilingual Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Pastor, Parochial Vicar, and other staff in implementing the parish mission.
• Plans and evaluates parish goals with focus on children’s ministry and Spanish family catechesis.
• Registers participants and communicates information within and outside the parish.
• Develops calendar for Family Faith formation and sacramental preparation sessions.
• Uses catechetical resources in line with archdiocesan policy.
• Recruits and trains catechists and volunteers for faith formation in Spanish.
• Ensures Safe Environment program compliance and Archdiocese certification.
• Assists with Vacation Bible School planning and volunteer recruitment.
• Maintains accurate and confidential record-keeping.
