Job summary

Thermal Pipe Shields fabricates, prepares, and handles materials while supporting daily warehouse and production operations. This role performs fabrication tasks, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and equipment operation to ensure products are manufactured accurately and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bilingual is mandatory (English and Spanish).

Qualifications

• Strong physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and fabrication machines.
• Load and unload shipments, stock shelves, and organize materials for workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area emphasizing safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize distribution and efficiency.
