Job summary

Thermal Pipe Shields in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Fabricator responsible for manufacturing, preparing, and handling materials while supporting daily warehouse and production operations.

You will perform fabrication tasks, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and operate equipment to ensure products are produced safely and on time. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, and able to work well solo or in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with order picking, packing, and shipping/receiving.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Strong safety awareness and physical stamina.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and various fabrication machines.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Stock shelves and organize materials for easy access and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize distribution processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Use various applications to build and assemble our pipe supports.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
