Job summary

BreakThru Services is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Evening Behavior Therapist to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in Columbia, SC, evenings and on-site in home/community settings. The role offers a $250 sign-on bonus for Board Certified RBTs and flexible schedules to accommodate students.

You will implement individualized plans developed by a LMHP, collect data, and provide progress updates to the team while maintaining professionalism and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• High School Diploma.
• First Aid/CPR certified or will be upon being hired.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a LMHP.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
• Participate in team meetings and additional trainings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication.
