Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a bilingual Sales Executive (Korean/English) to drive Korean business growth solutions and close enterprise-level deals. You will manage RFPs, represent CJ Logistics at events, and lead cross-selling across Freight Forwarding and Value-Added Services.

You’ll contribute to revenue growth with 8–10 years in logistics sales, a strong track record of closing multi-million-dollar engagements, and expertise in strategic selling.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in a client-facing logistics role or account management context.
• Experience closing large-scale engagements valued at $5 million+ annually.
• 5+ years of strategic/solution selling for enterprise sales cycles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related; MBA preferred.
• Strong ability to engage with executives and document priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for WM or TM to hit revenue goals.
• Build and pursue enterprise logistics opportunities through prospecting and market research.
• Draft and present client-centric proposals demonstrating value of services.
• Market and cross-sell full capabilities including FF and VAS.
• Nurture long-term client relationships to maximize loyalty.
• Perform market and competitor analyses to adapt sales strategy.
• Monitor sales performance and provide pipeline updates to leadership.
