Abilities in Motion seeks an FMS Enrollment Agent to execute program policies and support enrollment processing for individuals in Berks and Schuylkill counties. The role includes training others on mandated paperwork, maintaining records, and ensuring timely data entry.

Qualifikationen

• Requires fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and web-based systems; strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in human services or related field preferred; high school diploma or GED.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate, verify, and process enrollment paperwork by phone, email, or in person.
• Train parties on completing mandated documentation and process activity notes and timesheets.
• Document interactions and updated demographics in agency database within 24 hours.
• Attend ISP meetings and provide service updates.
• Identify incidents and analyze trends; ensure proper documentation.
