IDEA Public Schools seeks a Student Enrollment Coordinator to drive campus enrollment and student persistence through targeted recruitment, community engagement, and a strong onboarding for new families. You will maintain data integrity and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting families through registration and re-registration.

The role requires travel up to 80% at peak times and on-site work in Texas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Licenses or Certifications: Valid Driver’s License with a clear motor vehicle record.
• Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Ensure campus enrollment targets are met by the 11th Day of School.
• Execute student recruitment strategies, attend community events, and conduct off-site presentations to various organizations.
• Organize and conduct cold calling campaigns, collaborate on recruitment events, and assist parents in completing applications.
• Establish recurring weekly campus tours, send WELCOME STREAM messages, and create monthly recruitment plans.
• Manage the re-registration process, follow up with families post-lottery, and develop a recapture campaign for withdrawn families.
• Oversee Welcome to IDEA orientation planning, Registration and Re-Registration process, provide onboarding for new families.
