The Caring Connections is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to join our team. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include bathing, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments. A valid PCA/HHA certificate and English fluency are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have PCA or HHA Certificate.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
• Experience with hospice, memory care, or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move patients safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must speak English fluently; bilingual English/Spanish desired.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to clients' homes.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record preferred.
